Connecting to the Sound of the Universe - 7 Night Retreat - All inclusive

There are sounds that most people can no longer hear, but you can learn to listen by connecting to your soul and all of the life around you. Because you’re more than just a human being, you have abilities you’ve not yet uncovered that will allow you to hear, see, and feel the hidden wonders of the world. Join Lorna and learn to separate the sounds of your human hearing and connect to the sound of our universe.

This intimate retreat will combine in-person lessons with Lorna, along with group sessions where you can apply what you’re learning and share with others. Depending on weather, you’ll have the opportunity to practice outdoors in nature, just as Lorna herself was taught as a child. Time will be set aside for quiet reflection and completing Lorna’s homework.

*Minimum 20 hours of teaching time with Lorna.

About Sanctuary:

Located on the former Kilfane Demesne estate in Thomastown, County Kilkenny, Sanctuary is comprised of four fully restored properties: the historic Kilfane House (circa 1705), Caretaker’s Cottage, the Glebe, and the Rose Cottage.

• Accommodation: Sanctuary offers a variety of single, double, and shared rooms across our historic properties, including traditional-style rooms at The Glebe, contemporary ensuite rooms at Caretaker’s Cottage, and exquisitely restored Georgian-style rooms with high ceilings and magnificent views at Kilfane House.
• Meals: Our in-house chef serves 3 daily farm-to-table meals made from ingredients grown in Sanctuary gardens.
• Gardens and Forest: The estate sits on 100 acres of untouched open space, ancient forest, rivers, and streams. Guests may freely explore the grounds during their stay and even volunteer to help in the gardens under the direction of a staff member.
